The keywords in your title are weighted heavily by Amazon's search algorithm and very important to your discoverability. After your main product photo, this is how customers (and Amazon) determine if your product matches a shopper search query. We recommend maximizing the character count (50-250) allowed for your product category by using this section for your most relevant, high search volume keywords.
